Remember: This is only used for scheduling for tomorrow and beyond.

Once your session request is received, during normal hours (9:00am-7:30pm), if it can be set up, we will contact you for your deposit.

Once we receive your deposit, no later than the close of business the day before the requested session, you must pay the remainder upon arrival at the studio.

For other information concerning hours of operation, room costs, number of people allowed in the building per scheduled session, and rules, please see other pages before you set up a request. If you have a favorite EOA engineer, we will try to accommodate you. Let us know when we contact you about payment.

Below, are calendars for the A, B, and C rooms. Elect the “service” as the room you are scheduling, then select 2 or more hours by selecting the hours you are requesting. Provide your email. Once we receive the request, during office hours, we will contact you to let you know is your request is possible, and to discuss the deposit which must be received the day before the session is scheduled. If this is a “same-day” request, once we call you and confirm an engineer is assigned to you, we must receive your deposit no later than 2 hours before the session start. If you do NOT hear from us or we do not receive the deposit in time, the session will be automatically cancelled.

Deposits will be using CashApp, Apple Pay, or Zelle.

Final payments at the studio and before the session starts may use CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash.
